The Iași Bilet app simplifies your public transport experience in Iași. This travel portal, offered by the Iași Public Transport Company, provides a comprehensive suite of tools to make your journey smoother and more efficient.

Purchase tickets easily using your bank card. Plan the optimal route using real-time data, visualizing lines, stations, and vehicles directly on the map.
After creating an account and linking it to your transport card, load travel vouchers directly through the app using online banking. Monitor your card balance and active tickets at any time. Manage multiple cards from a single account, easily topping up e-wallets, purchasing subscriptions, and extending existing ones. Access a detailed history of all your transactions.
Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles, submitting supporting documents for approval. Once approved, access discounted or free tickets within the app. Businesses collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.
Receive notifications (on your device or by email) regarding ticket purchases, upcoming expirations, and other relevant card actions.
Plan your journey efficiently. Input your starting point (current location or a custom location) and destination (address, point of interest, station, or a map pin). Save frequently used locations for quicker access. The app provides real-time information on vehicle arrival times, travel duration, and necessary line changes.
View complete or partial line routes on the map, save favorite lines, and receive alerts about potential disruptions affecting your journey. Search for specific lines and see real-time vehicle locations. Select a station to view all lines serving it, including arrival times (up to the next three). Locate sales points on the map and view their operating hours.
The app is available in Romanian and English, adapting to your device's language settings.
