The generated files are easily shared with other applications. The app automatically calculates the necessary balance weight size based on the balance weight's outer diameter, mass on the crank pin side, and crank arm density (g/cm³).

Features:

  • Generates SVG (2D) and STL (3D) files for crank arms.
  • Automatic balance weight size calculation.
  • Data display and sharing capabilities.
  • Compatible with 3D printers.

Input Parameters:

  • Crankshaft diameter (mm)
  • Crank pin diameter (mm)
  • Crank arm length (mm)
  • Crank arm width (mm)
  • Balance weight radius (mm)
  • Thickness (mm)

A credit card is shown in the app for size comparison.

Version 0.5 Update (Oct 9, 2022)

  • Set a minimum density for balance weight calculations.

Previous Updates:

  • 0.4: Added parameter limits.
  • 0.3: Added support for D-cuts and automatic balance weight size calculation.
  • 0.2: Added support for balance weights and circular shapes.

This app is a lifesaver! The design process is incredibly intuitive and the generated files are perfect for my 3D printer. Highly recommended for anyone working with crank arms.

Aplicación útil para diseñar manivelas. Funciona bien, pero la interfaz podría ser más intuitiva.

Fonctionne, mais manque de fonctionnalités avancées. Bon pour des designs simples.
