Application Description

Discover the ultimate urban mobility experience with MTS Urent – your go-to app for e-scooter and bike sharing. Whether you're planning a fun ride with friends or need a swift way to reach your favorite coffee shop, Urent is designed to meet your needs. With a vast network of parking lots across the city, renting an electric scooter has never been easier or more convenient.

Getting started is a breeze:

  • Download the app and register in minutes – all you need is a phone number and a bank card.
  • Locate the nearest e-scooter on the in-app map.
  • Scan the QR code on the wheel, select your tariff plan, and hit "Start".
  • Unlock the scooter, push off, and press the gas lever located on the right side of the wheel.
  • Easily lock the scooter at one of the hundreds of designated parking lots to end your rental.
  • Monitor the scooter's charge to ensure you can complete your ride on time.

With Urent's Multi-rent feature, you can take up to 5 scooters or bikes under one account, making it perfect for group outings. Simply scan the QR codes of the vehicles you wish to rent.

The app also offers a booking and standby mode. Reserve a bike or e-scooter within the app, and it will be held for you for 10 minutes. During your rental, you can close the lock and switch to standby mode, allowing you to step away for a few minutes without worrying about your vehicle's safety.
