Airoheart is a new action-adventure RPG on mobile with beautifully designed pixel-art landscapes. A retro-style adventure with a story centred around sibling rivalry and emotional drama, it has epic battles mixed with dungeon crawling.
Built on the Unreal Engine 4, the game is developed by Pixel Heart Studio and published by Soedesco on mobile. It was initially released for PC and consoles in September 2022. Now, it’s up for grabs on Android at $1.99.
Let’s Talk About the Story First
You play as Airoheart, the brave hero of Engard, which is a land on the brink of chaos. Your own brother is going against you and all the good people out there. He’s trying to unleash an ancient evil using the Draoidh Stone.
As you roam the world of Engard, you’ll face monsters of all shapes and sizes in real-time combat. You’re chucking bombs, casting spells and chugging potions to keep the evil away and the monsters at bay.
Airoheart also has some nice challenging puzzles. You’ll come across dungeons with tricky traps and puzzles that’ll make you stop and think before you charge ahead. On that note, take a peek at the game below!
Airoheart Is a Story About Betrayal, Tragedy and Redemption
The game has a vibrant cast of characters where each one has a story, and some of those stories might tug at your heartstrings. There’s also plenty of gear to collect like weapons, armour and magical abilities.
