Clash Royale has finally introduced a major upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade after its initial release without an Evolution feature, this legendary fiery creature receives a powerful enhancement. To celebrate, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special announcement.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form significantly enhances its battlefield performance. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the evolved variant maintains its escalating damage for greater impact.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Clash Royale Season
The new season, titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution and revives the 2v2 League. Team up with friends or random partners to climb the ranks.
Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive Cosmetics.
Crown Chase #1 provides a Battle Banner with frame and decoration, plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled multiple Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs from June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge from June 6-9, offering a Battle Banner and Emote.
Evolution Mayhem from June 9-16 allows up to 4 Evolution Cards in decks. Magical Trio runs June 16-23, followed by 4 Card Showdown June 23-30. Evolution Bonanza from June 30-July 7 permits up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
