Originally released on itch.io in September 2022, Atuel quickly gained recognition for its unique blend of documentary storytelling, experimental gameplay, and breathtaking visuals. The game's innovative approach earned it the IndieCade 2022 ‘Innovation in Experience Design Award’ and other accolades, leading to showcases at prestigious events like the Marché du Film in Cannes and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.

Atuel: A Documentary Experience
Atuel explores the stunning yet climate-change-affected Atuel River Valley in Argentina. Players embark on a transformative journey, shapeshifting into various animals and elements within the ecosystem, becoming intrinsically linked to the landscape.
