Workbenches are located at Party Camps, which you can set up at any Adra Waystone you find. Simply interact with an Adra Waystone and choose to establish a Party Camp. Once set up, these locations will appear on your map with a tent icon, allowing you to fast travel to them for easy access to your Workbench.
