Legendary Fish Locations

Fields of Mistria boasts four elusive Legendary Fish. The game helpfully provides a daily notification ("A legendary fish is nearby") indicating their presence. Remember, you must unlock the Legendary fishing skill (Tier 3, 80 Essences) to even encounter them. Catching all four in your first year is unlikely, so prioritize unlocking this skill before year two.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The Cherry Fish, a small fish, spawns only in Spring during windy conditions. The large pond east of the city is a prime location, though the smaller pond near the Mistria Town Manor House offers an alternative. Disregard larger shadows; focus on small ones.

Summer – Lightning Fish

The medium-sized Lightning Fish appears in Summer during stormy weather. The Narrows river (west of the city) offers two promising fishing spots, but explore other rivers within the city or on your farm.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The Leaf Fish, another small fish, is a Fall exclusive found in rivers, particularly those along the Eastern Road, during windy weather.

Winter – Snow Fish

The medium-sized Snow Fish emerges in Winter on snowy days. Fish from the beach or venture to the small western island for better chances. Avoid disturbing other fish to prevent them from fleeing.

Utilizing Legendary Fish

Donate all four Legendary Fish to the Museum to claim your reward: a Fish Wings set. Museum progression influences additional rewards, potentially including furniture, recipes, and treasure chests.
