In a tweet on April 30, Broche praised The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy, encouraging fans to explore this turn-based RPG crafted with passion by a talented team.
This mutual admiration was echoed by The Hundred Line's co-director Kazutaka Kodaka, who earlier on April 28, tweeted his support for Expedition 33, urging fans to enjoy both games. Despite the crowded release week, which also saw the launch of Oblivion Remastered, The Hundred Line has received "Very Positive" reviews on Steam, while Expedition 33 has soared to become the highest-rated game of 2025, selling over 1 million copies in just three days.
