Following his signature series of minimalist color-based puzzles, indie developer Bart Bonte returns with an unconventional new challenge. This time, he transforms the everyday routine of leaving for work into an intriguing puzzle experience.
7:00 AM - The Morning Begins
The game opens at 7 AM with your alarm blaring. Using intuitive point-and-click mechanics, you'll interact with your environment just like real life - flipping light switches, locating clothes, and preparing for the day by tapping objects in your bedroom.
Before progressing, you'll solve straightforward pattern-matching puzzles involving alignment and rotation. The journey continues into the bathroom, where more interactive challenges await.
Through minimalist visuals and atmospheric sound design, Leaving Home creates a distinctly moody vibe. True to Bonte's style, the abstract setting feels both familiar and strangely surreal.
Streamlined Gameplay Experience
The game features eight meticulously crafted rooms that flow seamlessly into one another. Players escape this interconnected space by examining details, solving puzzles, and discovering Bonte's signature hidden eccentricities.
