Set in April 1922, Expelled! introduces you to Verity Amersham, a scholarship student at an elite boarding school. Voiced by the talented Amelia Tyler (known for her role in Baldur's Gate 3), Verity has spent years avoiding trouble. However, when accused of attempted murder, avoiding trouble is no longer an option for her.
In this game, your choices go beyond simple dialogue selections. Every action you take, every place you visit, and every conversation you engage in shapes the unfolding narrative. The non-player characters (NPCs) within the school move in real-time, reacting to your actions and words. Some may aid you, while others could sabotage your efforts. The question remains: who can you trust?
You can choose to solve the mystery honestly, or you can lie, mislead, and manipulate your way to safety. Need an alibi? Convince someone to cover for you. Feeling cornered? Shift the blame onto someone else. The more you bend the rules, the more paths open up for you.
Each playthrough of Expelled! lasts between 30-45 minutes, but no two runs are identical.
