IGN gets an exclusive first look at Hasbro's latest G.I. Joe Classified Series release: the Cold Slither band! This exciting box set features Zartan and his Dreadnoks in full heavy metal attire.
The G.I. Joe Classified: Dreadnoks Cold Slither – Band of Vipers action figure set is inspired by a classic G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero episode and will be a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive this summer (July 24-27, 2025). The gallery below showcases this incredible set:

The set includes 6-inch figures of Zartan, Ripper, Buzzer, and Torch, complete with over 29 accessories, including instruments like a guitar, bass, keytar, and drum kit. The packaging itself is designed to resemble the Springfield Theater.
Limited quantities will be available on the Hasbro Pulse website following the convention.
For fans of vintage G.I. Joe, Hasbro and Super7 are collaborating on a Cold Slither Zartan ReAction+ figure. This 3.75-inch figure, featuring O-ring construction and retro packaging, glows in the dark under UV light and includes a microphone and guitar. Pre-orders start April 3rd at 9:15 am PT on the Super7 website for $20.
Hasbro is further embracing the musical theme with an actual Cold Slither album, a collaboration with Reigning Phoenix Music. The album features 10 tracks, described as: "In 2025, Cold Slither, the iconic heavy metal rock band from G.I. Joe lore, are releasing their highly anticipated debut album. Headlined by the phenomenal self-titled anthem “Cold Slither,” the album delivers 10 electrifying tracks that blend searing distorted guitar riffs, pounding rhythms, and irresistibly catchy, anthemic choruses."
