The Permanent Banner (Standard Banner) always offers the same outfits and is consistently available. Players can utilize Resonite Crystals or Diamonds to draw.
Limited-Time Banners rotate every few weeks, showcasing unique, time-limited outfits. Diamonds or Revelation Crystals are used for draws on these banners.
