Killing Floor 3 is set in the dystopian 2091, where Horzine Corporation's bio-engineered monsters (ZEDs) run rampant. These aren't your average zombies; the game showcases diverse, terrifying creatures, including the terrifying Siren with its cybernetic neck and sonic attack.
Players join the Nightfall rebellion, fighting against Horzine and its creations. The Closed Beta trailer highlights a chaotic, overrun research facility as a key battleground. Expect intense close-quarters combat using a variety of weapons: firearms, grenade launchers, grappling hooks, futuristic swords, and even environmental hazards like lava traps.
