Marvel Snap Unveils Mystical New Season: Masters of the Arcane
Clea, Kid Omega, Morgan Le Fay, and the fearsome Dread Dormammu make their grand entrance alongside new locations, special shop events, and the electrifying High Voltage: Overdrive game mode.
A Gathering of Marvel's Mightiest Mages
While Doctor Strange and Ghost Rider might be Marvel's most famous magic-wielders, Marvel Snap's latest season introduces a deeper dive into the mystical realm. Masters of the Arcane brings an impressive roster of spellcasters to the game, including:
- Merlin (far less benevolent than his traditional portrayal)
- The scheming Morgan Le Fay
- The cunning Nicholas Scratch
- The mystical Jennifer Kale
- The wise Ancient One
- The nightmare-inducing Nightmare
- The terrifying Dormammu
The season also welcomes Doctor Strange's enigmatic love interest Clea, along with Kid Omega and Cobra. These characters will roll out gradually between now and July 1st, starting today with Nicholas Scratch and Morgan Le Fay.
Magical Gameplay Enhancements
The limited-time High Voltage: Overdrive mode (available June 16-25) reinvents the popular High Voltage format. After playing five charge cards, the reactor detonates, triggering unpredictable effects that dramatically alter each match. Players can unlock Kid Omega and Cobra by completing special missions tied to this mode.
Beyond new characters, Marvel Snap introduces:
- Two mystical new locations (Camelot and the Astral Plane)
- Special themed shop takeovers throughout June
- Exclusive card variants from artists like Pandart Studio and Dan Hipp
