The most efficient way to amass Flag Tokens is by participating in the solo events and leaderboard tournaments. These offer substantial milestone rewards packed with Flag Tokens.
Currently, the Snowy Resort solo event and the Slope Speedsters tournament are active. Completing all milestones in both could net you a combined 4,460 Flag Tokens (2,360 and 2,100 respectively).
