As previously mentioned, the Swap Pack is a fresh addition to the Monopoly GO sticker pack lineup. Prior to its introduction, players could only collect five types of sticker packs, categorized by rarity: green (1-star), yellow (2-star), pink (3-star), blue (4-star), and purple (5-star).
The game also includes the coveted Wild Sticker, which lets players claim any missing sticker from their collection, making it invaluable for completing sticker sets. The introduction of the Swap Pack adds a new level of control over your collections.
With traditional sticker packs, players were often stuck with the stickers they received. However, the Swap Pack revolutionizes this by allowing you to redraw your stickers. You can swap out the ones you don't want before they're added to your sticker sets. Notably, the Swap Pack only contains three-star, four-star, and five-star stickers, ensuring you receive rare rewards.
How Do Swap Packs Work In Monopoly GO
When a Swap Pack becomes available, you'll need to earn it first. These packs are typically offered as grand rewards in minigames, such as the Harvest Racers event.
Upon opening a Swap Pack, you'll receive a selection of stickers. But here's the twist: you don't have to accept them immediately. The game will present you with a selection of random stickers that you can swap for the ones you initially received in the pack.
You're allowed to swap any sticker, but you only get three chances to do so per pack. It's worth noting that if you receive a duplicate gold sticker, swapping it doesn't guarantee you'll get another gold one. Once you're satisfied with your stickers, you'll need to press the 'Collect' button to finalize and add them to your collection.
