How to Get the Ingenuity Utility Belt
The Ingenuity Utility Belt is a unique drop from the King in the Mists, a ritual boss encountered via the "An Audience With the King" item used at a Realmgate on the Atlas. Defeating the King in the Mists offers a chance to obtain the belt, but it's not guaranteed. The drop rate is approximately one in five attempts. Other possible unique drops include:
- The Burden of Shadows Chiming Staff
- Beetlebite
- From Nothing
- Pragmatism
- Ingenuity
The King in the Mists' difficulty scales, with higher difficulties increasing the drop chance but also significantly increasing the challenge. His attacks are similar to the Act 1 King in the Mists, providing a point of reference for preparation.
Alternatively, the belt can be purchased on the PoE 2 trade site for approximately 15-50 Divine Orbs, depending on its specific modifiers. This is a more reliable, albeit significantly more expensive, method.
How to Get "An Audience With the King"
This item can be acquired in two ways:
- Trade Site: Purchase it for around 4-7 Divine Orbs.
- Ritual Maps: It has a low chance of appearing as a Ritual favor. These favors are expensive (2700-3900 Tribute). If unaffordable, use the "Defer" option to obtain it at a reduced cost in a future Ritual (usually within 1-4 maps).
If you obtain "An Audience With the King" but aren't ready for the fight, consider seeking a carry service or selling the item.
Can Orb of Chance Obtain the Belt?
No. The Ingenuity Utility Belt is not part of the regular loot pool and cannot be obtained via Orb of Chance. 
It's exclusively dropped by the King in the Mists. 
It cannot be obtained from regular monster kills or using Orbs of Chance on items like Astramentis or Polcirkeln.
