Pokémon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over—A Style Statement with Shadowy Surprises!

Get ready for a stylish showdown in Pokémon GO! Fashion Week: Taken Over runs from January 15th to 19th, bringing a blend of high fashion and intense battles. This event marks the debut of Shroodle and Grafaiai, catchable from 12 km Eggs.

Team GO Rocket Rampage:

Team GO Rocket's presence will be significantly amplified during Fashion Week. Prepare for increased encounters at PokéStops and in balloons. This provides ample opportunities to utilize Charged TMs and remove the Frustration attack from your Shadow Pokémon.

Shadow Pokémon Encounters:

A fresh batch of Shadow Pokémon makes its appearance, including Shadow Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby. Keep your eyes peeled for Shiny variants! For the first time, Remote Raid Passes are accepted for Shadow Raids, allowing participation from anywhere.

ytA special research task unlocks a Super Rocket Radar, leading to a battle with Giovanni and the rescue of Shadow Palkia. Additional Field Research tasks offer rewards such as Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs. Complete a Collection Challenge to earn Stardust and a Trubbish encounter.

Don't forget to redeem your Pokémon GO codes!

Ho-Oh Shadow Raid Day:

On January 19th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, participate in Ho-Oh Shadow Raid Day. This event boosts Raid Pass availability and Shiny Ho-Oh encounter rates. Ho-Oh caught during this period can learn the devastating Sacred Fire Charged Attack. A $5 event ticket unlocks even more rewards. Prepare for a fashionable fight!
