Split Fiction is strictly a two-player cooperative experience; no single-player mode exists. Playable via split-screen couch co-op or online cross-platform co-op with a single game purchase. Your friend simply downloads the free "Split Fiction - Friend's Pass" from their preferred digital marketplace on March 6th after receiving an invite from the game owner. Note: the Friend's Pass requires a purchase of the main game by another player.
Game Overview:
Split Fiction follows two writers—one specializing in sci-fi, the other in fantasy—who are transported into their own fictional worlds. Players collaborate to overcome challenges and solve puzzles across diverse sci-fi and fantasy environments, from riding futuristic motorcycles to shape-shifting in enchanted forests. Levels also feature "side stories"—mini-games offering additional gameplay experiences.
