Seedsow Lullaby: A New Emotional Visual Novel on Android
Seedsow Lullaby, developed by the renowned Japanese studio Aniplex, is now available globally on Android. Known for their captivating visual novels like Adabana Odd Tales, Aniplex brings us a time-bending narrative that spans three generations of the same family.
Seedsow Lullaby Is Definitely Emotional
At its core, Seedsow Lullaby explores the theme of family and its profound importance. The story follows Misuzu, a 16-year-old girl who lost her mother at a young age. In 2023, she is visited by a girl named Yoko, who claims to be her mother but is also 16 years old, having traveled from 1996.
Yoko reveals that Misuzu has been chosen to participate in the Seedsow Ceremony, a ritual aimed at preventing the spread of True Winter, an evil spirit threatening the realm of the gods. The journey takes Misuzu to the year 2050, where she meets her own daughter, Tsumugi, who is also 16. They are joined by Hiruko, a boy who claims to be Yoko’s miscarried son and Misuzu’s unborn brother.
The setting for the Seedsow Ceremony is the Eternal Realm, a breathtaking domain of the gods filled with vibrant landscapes. This is the essence of Seedsow Lullaby's captivating narrative.
The Game Is More Like a Japanese Animated Movie
The standout features of Seedsow Lullaby are its compelling story and stunning art. As the characters traverse various settings, the diverse and beautiful backgrounds enhance the sense of a grand journey, reminiscent of high-quality Japanese animations.
Despite being a visual novel, Seedsow Lullaby does not include choices or branching paths, offering a linear narrative experience. It is available in English, Japanese, and simplified Chinese, and can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store.
