First announced at Comiket in December last year, Nekopara Sekai Connect is gearing up for release and has officially opened pre-registration for both mobile and PC platforms. As the latest installment in the beloved Nekopara series, this new entry ushers in a fresh chapter for the franchise, blending nostalgic charm with innovative gameplay.
Developed by Neko Works and published by Good Smile Company, the game retains the signature art style crafted by original creator Sayori, who is also handling both the writing and illustrations. Fans can expect the same heartfelt aesthetic and storytelling that defined the series, now enhanced for a modern gaming experience.

Nekopara Sekai Connect shifts direction with a dynamic mix of genres. It’s not just a visual novel—this time, it’s a full social simulation experience. Players will engage in semi-automatic battles, manage their own shop in sandbox mode, and participate in rhythm-based mini-games featuring original songs and animated music videos.
Set in a near-future world where AI-created Nekos coexist with humans, the story follows your journey as the owner of La Soleil—a familiar patisserie from the series. When you receive an invitation to the Neko Festival, a global event where Nekos and their companions compete for popularity, the stakes rise: the winning pair earns a single wish granted by the AI that brought the Nekos to life.

The game introduces a global cast of catgirls, representing five distinct schools. Meet Yuzuha from Sakuragaoka Neko Gakuen, Quince from Kinka Neko Science Academy, Sable and Canelé from Gertrude Neko Gakuin, Palmyra from Bastet Neko Graduate School, and Donut from Nekos Youth Academy—each bringing their own flair and story to the world.
