With the new year just around the corner, GSC Game World has shared its plans and promises for 2025, including updates for its popular S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise.

The team is continuing to refine S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, recently releasing a significant patch (1.1) that addressed over 1,800 bugs. While new content is still limited, the developers intend to add more in the future, with a detailed roadmap expected early in 2025.

Fans of the classic S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy also have something to look forward to. A next-gen patch is in the works for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Legends of the Zone collection on consoles, though specifics are still under wraps. PC versions are also slated for updates, likely including modern enhancements.

GSC Game World encourages players to enjoy the holiday season by experiencing or continuing their adventures in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. They expressed deep appreciation for the unwavering support of their fans, calling it "a miracle of the Zone."
