As for new crops, Stardew Valley 1.6 lets you grow carrots, summer squash, broccoli and powdermelon and two giant crops. Why The Delay? The delay in getting the Stardew Valley 1.6 update to mobile and consoles is because the devs wanted to test everything on PC first to catch any bugs.
