Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Gameplay: A First-Person Perspective Only
Based on trailers and promotional materials, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is exclusively a first-person experience. This means there is no third-person mode available. The entire game, outside of cutscenes, is played from Henry's perspective.
This design choice is intentional. The developers aimed for immersive RPG gameplay, and the first-person view enhances the player's connection to Henry's journey. While the modding community might eventually create a third-person mod, the base game remains strictly first-person.
Although you won't control the camera in third-person during gameplay, Henry's model is visible in cutscenes and conversations. His appearance dynamically changes based on dirt accumulation and equipped gear.
The developers are unlikely to add a third-person mode officially. Therefore, players should expect a fully first-person experience. For further game tips and information, including optimal perk choices and romance options, check out The Escapist.
