How to Redeem Codes:
Redeeming codes is straightforward, requiring only a few steps. Note: You must reach level 16 before accessing the redemption feature (approximately one hour of gameplay).
- Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
- Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Select "Settings" (gear icon) in the lower-left of the Stats menu.
- Navigate to the "Basic" tab.
- In the "Customer Service" section, find and select "Redeem Code."
- Enter a code (copy-pasting is recommended) into the input field.
- Click "Confirm" to submit.
A successful redemption will display a confirmation message, and the rewards will be added to your account.
