Turtle Beach unveils the Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded, an enhanced iteration of their modular pro controller with a marginally higher price tag. This redesigned model introduces a refined fighting game module engineered for ergonomic comfort, particularly for arcade-style finger play with optimized wrist support.
While IGN's recommended fight sticks remain superior choices, this controller offers a compelling alternative. The original Pro BFG already ranks among top PS5 controllers due to its extensive customization, and the Reloaded version continues this legacy. Its interchangeable components include reversible thumbsticks and D-pads, custom thumb caps, plus drift-resistant Hall effect analog sticks. Hall-effect rear triggers with adjustable sensitivity accompany four programmable back buttons.
The BFG Reloaded launches in black and white variants, with dedicated Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One and PS5/PS4 versions, both Windows-compatible. Offering 20-hour battery life and 30ft wireless range, each unit includes a 3m braided USB-C cable and 3.5mm audio jack.
Notably absent are haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, a significant omission given the Reloaded's $209.99 price point - positioning it close to Turtle Beach's haptic-enabled Stealth Ultra featured in our best Xbox and PC controller guides.
Preorders open September 28th in North America, with immediate UK (£179.99) and EU (€199.99) availability.
