Ubisoft has unveiled exciting details about the gameplay mechanics in the highly anticipated Assassin's Creed: Shadows, with a special focus on the equipment and progression systems for the game's protagonists, Yasuke and Naoe. A highlight that fans are sure to appreciate is the enhanced functionality of the iconic Hidden Blade, which promises to be a game-changer.
Yasuke and Naoe each boast unique skill trees that align with their distinct combat styles. Yasuke, the samurai, will delve into traditional samurai techniques, while Naoe, the shinobi, will harness stealth and agility. Players can allocate skill points to unlock weapon-specific abilities or refine their fighting styles, earned through completing open-world objectives or vanquishing unique foes such as the formidable Daisyo samurai.
To maintain balanced progression, both characters will advance at an even pace, ensuring neither falls behind.
