All artifacts within a tier share the same upgrade cost and engulf value. Artifact rarity impacts effectiveness, ordered as follows (highest to lowest):
Orange Red Green Purple Yellow Blue
Orange and Red artifacts are top-tier. Some artifacts are hero-specific, granting unique abilities/stats when equipped.
