Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl offers a range of protective armor, and the SEVA-V suit stands out as a valuable, free acquisition within the SEVA series. Its early-game availability and high PSI protection make it a coveted find. Here's how to obtain it:
Locating the SEVA-V Suit
The SEVA-V suit is located at the Scientist Helicopter Point of Interest (POI) in Stalker 2's Rostok region. This POI is southwest of the Rostok base, marked by a large field containing a crashed helicopter within an Electro anomaly zone and a sizable, rusted crane. The suit itself rests atop the crane.
Accessing the Suit: Climbing the Crane
Upon arriving at the Scientist Helicopter POI, you'll see the crashed helicopter (right, within the Electro anomaly) and a ladder leading up the crane (left). Before ascending, use an artifact detector to locate and retrieve an Electro-type artifact from the anomalous field – this will prove helpful.
Climb the crane's ladder. Once at the top, proceed right across the crane to the operator's cabin (left).
Retrieving the SEVA-V Suit and its Properties
Carefully jump across to the operator's cabin. Inside, you'll find a bag containing valuable supplies and the SEVA-V armor. Retrace your steps to descend the crane.
The SEVA-V suit can be upgraded by Screw, the technician at Rostok base. It accommodates up to four artifacts and provides excellent radiation protection alongside substantial PSI protection. If you possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can yield a significant amount of in-game currency.
