This innovative tool empowers schools to streamline their bus operations and keeps parents informed about their children's bus journeys in real-time.
Key Features of the School Bus Module in AVLView
- Schedule Management: Schools can create pre-scheduled trips for their buses, ensuring smooth and organized transportation.
- Route Assignment: Define specific routes (route fences) that buses must follow, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Waypoint Inclusion: Easily integrate student pick-up and drop-off points as waypoints within the route.
- Notification Alerts: School management receives instant notifications via SMS or email about any schedule violations, including time mismatches, route deviations, and missed stops.
- Student Information: Add students to the school bus module, including their grade information (e.g., VII C), facilitating better organization and tracking.
