ZhiZhu! - The Spider™ DEMO
Play ZhiZhu! online against friends or offline against a computer opponent across five difficulty levels: Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, and Pro.
ZhiZhu! - The Spider™ introduces a fresh, more challenging approach to the ancient game of Nine Men's Morris. The objective is to outmaneuver your opponent by strategically capturing their spiders.
Gameplay:
Capture your opponent's spiders by creating chains:
- Small Chain: Three spiders aligned on any of the eight straight lines. This captures one opponent spider.
- Big Chain: Five spiders aligned on any of the three circles. This captures two opponent spiders.
Game Phases:

Placement Phase: Players take turns placing their nine spiders one at a time on any unoccupied space on the spiderweb board. Chains can be formed during this phase, resulting in immediate captures.

Sliding Phase: Once all spiders are placed, players take turns sliding one of their spiders to an adjacent empty space. Creating chains during this phase also leads to captures.
Capturing Rules:
- You cannot capture spiders already part of an existing chain unless no other loose spiders are available.
- You cannot recapture spiders using the same spiders in the same locations to create a new chain. A new chain requires at least one newly slid spider.
Winning:
The first player to capture seven of their opponent's spiders wins. A player also wins if their opponent concedes defeat.
