Advance through multiple levels by taking down the boars that appear on your screen.
Your score increases with each consecutive wild boar you take down: the first boar earns one point, the second two, and the third three. Successfully eliminating five in a row gives you 15 points—after clearing the screen, the count resets.
Each level begins with a bolt-action rifle that automatically reloads after each shot, but you must wait for the bolt-action cycle to finish before firing again. To load more bullets into the magazine, simply click the on-screen icon when it flashes.
If you reach at least 40 points, you can finish the level using an automatic repeating rifle by clicking the flashing icon. This upgrade costs five points.
The maximum number of failures allowed starts at 7 in level 1 but drops to 4 by level 6. You can also earn extra failures.
Starting from level 6, if you take down five boars consecutively without missing any (earning 15 points), one failure will be removed. Note that boars not felled by the first shot require a second—both shots count as two boars for the purpose of ending your streak, but you only receive the score for one.
At level 7, achieving 100 points unlocks an extra magazine with six bullets for five points. If you successfully take down the next six boars on screen, you’ll earn 22 points and have one failure removed.
In subsequent levels, to maximize consecutive points and gain extra failures, you’ll need to complete increasingly long series of boar takedowns. Each series starts over whenever the screen is cleared of dead boars.
Keep in mind that you can take down every boar that appears on the screen—even with the bolt-action rifle—you just need to plan the right order to shoot them.
