The Bird Game, developed by the solo team at Candlelight Development, is a fresh Android release that’s free to play. It blends light strategy with surprisingly deep challenge—much tougher than it first appears. Read on to learn everything you need to know.
What’s The Bird Game?
It's essentially a flight simulator. You'll climb, dive, glide, dodge, and dash through each stage, aiming to reach the end without colliding with thunderstorms or being pulled into a tornado.
Along the way, collect seeds by popping clouds, picking up fruit, and traveling longer distances. Seeds serve as your primary upgrade resource, allowing you to boost your bird’s speed and agility.
You'll also spend seeds to level up your equipment. Additionally, you can merge three identical items using seeds to create a superior version with enhanced stats and a higher level limit.
The Bird Game features endless levels set across eight unique environments. At launch, more than 16 birds are available to unlock. You can further customize your bird’s flying style by equipping various items.

You Can Even Get Feathers from Other Birds
It may sound unusual, but that’s all part of the experience. Simply fly close to another bird until yours chirps. Hearing this, they’ll drop feathers for you. This system turns the sky into a lively, interactive world.
The Bird Game also hides secrets throughout its environments. Bird feeders and birdhouses are placed around the maps—fly near one to collect items or feathers. You can also earn gems from daily quests and seasonal events to unlock even more rewards.
It’s a satisfying cycle: collect feathers, evolve your birds, and unlock new skills. Each evolution improves your bird’s stats and grants a fresh ability. If this sounds exciting, download the game now from the Google Play Store.
