Supercell's mo.co has detailed its most significant update yet: Chapter 2: Portal Problems. While an official release date remains unconfirmed, Supercell is already building excitement with glimpses of the new content. Prepare to explore a world overflowing with bizarre cat-monsters, evolving combat mechanics, and surreal landscapes.
Chapter 2: Portal Problems Welcomes Ne.co to Mo.Co!
This new chapter introduces a host of peculiar new foes. You'll encounter the projectile-spamming Arrow Cat, the sideways-scuttling Skitter, and a remarkably indifferent final boss known as The Lazy Queen.
Then there's Whisker, a wildcard with enigmatic abilities, and Scratcher, a formidable melee brawler. Duke is a living statue that blends combat with environmental narrative, while Blue Herring stands out as an eccentric figure always seen carrying a fish.
The maps in Mo.Co Chapter 2: Portal Problems are also becoming more bizarre. Battle through Frostpaw Dock, an aquatic arena teeming with feline enemies, and the Living Art Galleries, where statues and paintings animate during combat. New terrain types also arrive with the debut of Secret Rifts and cat-themed Dojos.
The Shotbow makes a permanent comeback as a new weapon, merging bow and shotgun mechanics with dazzling new visual effects. The Time Claw delivers an area-of-effect burst every sixth attack. Meanwhile, the Poison Bow is tailor-made for damage-over-time tactics, rewarding a strategic hit-and-run playstyle.

Traditional lobbies are gone, replaced by a new teaming system. You can now send friend requests directly from within events or rift runs. Leaderboards have also received a major overhaul, introducing private leaderboards for your friends and specific groups.
The PvP experience is expanding with four rotating game modes. Competition now focuses on earning Stars, rather than just climbing rank-based ladders. A new five-belt progression system culminates in the prestigious Black Belt level, which unlocks exclusive titles for players who master these modes.
This update marks the most substantial addition since the game's initial launch in March. Fans are eagerly awaiting its imminent release. While we wait for a confirmed launch date, you can download the game now from the Google Play Store.
