This week's challenge includes the following tasks:

Be Born a Male
Starting off, being born a male is the simplest part of the challenge. You have several options: start a random life and hope for a male character, continue with an existing male character, or create a custom life and choose male as your gender. Your location doesn't matter, but if you have access to the Jobs Pack and the Crime Special Talent, consider selecting it. This talent increases your chances of successfully completing the final task and reduces the likelihood of incarceration.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

Grow up without legal troubles, and after high school graduation, head to the full-time job listings and apply for the Mail Carrier position. A clean record should help you secure the job easily. If the job isn't immediately available, take any temporary job to earn money and check back after aging up. It might take a few tries, but persistence pays off. Once you're a mail carrier, hold onto the job for at least 15 years, which you can track via the challenge progress at the top of your screen.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
You can tackle these two tasks simultaneously. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any options presented. You won't know if your hook-up is a mother, but consistently hooking up with multiple women each year should eventually fulfill this task.
To increase your chances of having children with flings, opt not to use a condom during these encounters. Be aware, this also increases the risk of contracting an STD, which you can treat by visiting a doctor or, if you're fortunate, through prayer. Continue hooking up until you complete both tasks, and you may even earn the Lustful Ribbon along the way.
Murder Your Own Mother

Save this task for last to minimize the risk of imprisonment. The Crime Special Talent can boost your success rate here. When ready, go to Activities > Crime > Murder, select your mother as the target, and choose your method. A successful murder completes the challenge.
Be cautious, as your mother might die naturally before you're ready to complete this task. If that happens, you'll need to either use Time Travel to revisit an earlier point in your life or start anew with a fresh character.
