Cyberpunk 2077 got patch 2.21, added NVIDIA DLSS 4 and got even more technologically advanced

Cyberpunk 2077 receives a significant update (2.21) from CD Projekt RED, incorporating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology and numerous bug fixes. A key feature is the integration of DLSS 4 support, boosting frame rates significantly for GeForce RTX 50 series card owners, starting January 30th. This enhancement also extends to RTX 40 series cards, providing faster frame generation with reduced memory consumption.

All GeForce RTX cards now offer a choice between the convolutional neural network and the new transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, Super Resolution, and DLAA. The transform model delivers superior lighting, detail, and image stability.

This update also addresses several gameplay issues:

  • Resolved issues preventing interaction with certain vendors.
  • Corrected audio problems affecting TV news program sound.
  • Increased the frequency of Johnny's appearance in the passenger seat.
  • Fixed a bug causing item disappearance when hiding nearby characters.
  • Eliminated game freezes occurring when simultaneously entering photo mode and accessing a closet or stash.
  • Enabled placement of Nibbles and Adam Smasher in Photo Mode, even when Vee is in the air or water.
  • Enhanced the functionality of Adam Smasher's facial expression changes.

This update significantly improves the Cyberpunk 2077 experience, particularly for those with compatible NVIDIA graphics cards.
