How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
With new monsters continuously being added to E.R.P.O., it's wise to bookmark this page for the latest updates. Below, you'll find detailed guides on how to tackle each monster. While there's a strategy for every creature, you can also use various weapons to combat them:
- Melee Combat: From the Machete to the Hammer, these can be purchased at the shop for 10k to 20k cash. They'll be available in your next level, ready to be picked up with M1 and used to swing at monsters. Be cautious, especially against ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Adopt a hit-and-run tactic to minimize damage, and always carry healing packs for melee engagements.
- Grenades and Mines: Available in the shop, Grenades can be picked up with M1, uncorked with E, and thrown or left to detonate for massive damage, effective against weaker and stronger monsters alike. Mines are placed and await the monster's step to trigger an explosion. Both are excellent for dealing significant damage.
- Monster Brawl: Use the environment to your advantage. Bait a Huntsman to shoot at another monster by positioning yourself behind it and making noise, whether by walking or using Voice chat mode. You can also manipulate Reapers during their attack animations to collide and damage each other or nearby monsters.
Robe Guide (Ghost)

The Robe, a shadowy giant, is dangerous upon contact, as it will grab and damage you. Your best strategies include crouching to hide or kiting it around. To defeat it, bait it towards two Grenades or Mines. Avoid melee combat due to its high damage output. Be aware that Robe teleports and accelerates towards you if you look at its mask.
Reaper Guide

The Reaper, resembling a raggedy doll with sword arms, poses a threat through its spinning melee attacks. While it can be kited like the Robe, it's more susceptible to melee attacks due to its lower damage output. One grenade followed by a couple of melee hits can take it down, and grenades or mines can stun it, making it easier to defeat.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)

These seemingly harmless ducks are non-hostile unless provoked by direct contact or damage. Once enraged, they'll chase you relentlessly, albeit dealing minimal damage. Your strategies include outrunning them or dispatching them with melee weapons. While grenades can kill them, it's an overkill given their low health pool.
Huntsman

The Huntsman, a blind marksman with a deadly one-shot capability, relies on sound to locate you. Use Voice chat or fast movement to alert him. To survive, crouch with C and hide under tables. Avoid melee combat due to his auto-aim feature. Instead, strategically place a mine or throw a grenade while crouched. The explosion will temporarily deafen him, giving you a window to attack with melee weapons.
