Europa Universalis 5's campaign kicks off at the start of the Hundred Years' War in 1337, allowing players to navigate through significant historical events. The game introduces an array of new features, including a larger and more accurate map with hundreds of different societies. A new population-based system, enhanced production and trade mechanisms, and the ability to develop farms, plantations, and factories or engage in trade with neighboring areas are among the highlights.
