Pokémon GO's Beloved Buddies event: a celebration of friendship and new Pokémon! This event features a surprise debut, boosted XP, and exciting raid battles.
Event Dates: February 11th - February 15th
This event focuses on strengthening your bond with your Pokémon. A key highlight is the debut of Dhelmise, the Sea Creeper Pokémon, available in raids.
Event Bonuses:
- Double XP: Catching Pokémon awards double the usual experience points.
- Extended Lures: Lure Modules last for a full hour, attracting a variety of Pokémon including Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis. Catching these Pokémon grants an extra 500 Stardust per catch.
Increased Wild Pokémon Encounters: Shiny Diglett and Shiny Dunsparce will have increased spawn rates. Other Pokémon appearing more frequently include Nidoran, Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Remoraid, Mantine, Plusle, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.
Raid Battles: A diverse range of raid battles awaits:
- One-Star Raids: Shellder, Dwebble, and Skrelp (increased shiny rate for Skrelp).
- Three-Star Raids: Slowbro, Hippowdon, and the debuting Dhelmise.
- Five-Star Raids: Enamorus (Incarnate Forme).
- Mega Raids: Mega Tyranitar.
