Completing the early stages involves interacting with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. However, the subsequent trail-following task requires a bit more detective work.
Locating the Clues:
This quest leads you to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near Mariah Carey's location. Three key objects must be found and interacted with:
The Dog Statue
This statue, reminiscent of Snoop Dogg's Chapter 2 Remix mansion decor, sits atop a hill at the end of a wooden fence.
The Microphone Stand
Located at the mountain's base, near a metal fence along the road, this microphone stand subtly glows when approached.
The Turntable
This final item, easily spotted due to its prominence, rests near a kiosk down the road from the microphone stand.

Questioning the Unknown Traveler:
After interacting with all three objects, head up the mountain to a cabin. Inside, you'll find Santa Snoop, a holiday-themed version of the rapper. Speaking with him completes this stage of the Winterfest 2024 questline, allowing you to return to Noir to progress further.
