The Entertainment Software Rating Board has given Indiana Jones and the Great Circle a PlayStation 5 rating, hinting that a release on this platform could be just around the corner. Developed by the acclaimed MachineGames, this action-adventure title initially debuted on Xbox Series X and S as well as PC in December 2024, with a planned release for PS5 set for spring 2025. This timeline suggests that fans won't have to wait long to get their hands on the game.
Microsoft has kept details about the PS5 release date under wraps, choosing instead to highlight other titles at its recent Xbox Developer Direct showcase. However, an announcement regarding the PS5 version seems imminent.
Since its launch on Xbox, MachineGames has rolled out several updates, the latest of which tackled various bugs and introduced support for Nvidia DLSS 4, including Multi Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction on PC. The PS5 version will naturally include all updates released to date.
Thanks to its day-one availability on Game Pass, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has already attracted 4 million players. This number is expected to surge once the game hits the PS5.
