In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Starting the Quest:
Find Brannof Hall's dining room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and give you two leads (be sure to talk to him twice!). Remember to remove any Town Guard gear before proceeding, as it hinders your investigation.
Completing the Quest:
This quest involves two separate investigations.
1. Captain Shirker's Lead:
Find Captain Shirker on The Vincible (southeast docks). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this man in Town Square.
He'll lead you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To retrieve the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam," requiring a monobrow.
Visit the hairdresser (Old Street West) for a monobrow (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).
2. The Hooked Hand Lead:
Speak to patrons at The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). You'll be directed to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.
This stall (past the Eel Street Bridge) requires a Fetid Flounder (Level 25 Fishing skill needed). Catch the fish, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), and hide it inside.
Give the fish to the Fishmonger, hide, and observe. Follow the Furtive Stranger.
Follow him to Monab Row. Remove your Guard armor to reveal your monobrow, identify yourself as "Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
