Makiatto Shines in Girls

Should you summon Makiatto in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium? The answer is generally yes, but with some important qualifications.

Why Makiatto is Worth It:

Makiatto remains a top-tier single-target DPS unit, even in the advanced stages of the game (based on the Chinese server). Her exceptional damage output makes her a valuable asset. However, she requires more active player input and isn't ideal for auto-battle. Her Freeze capabilities synergize perfectly with Suomi, a leading support character. If you have Suomi and want a strong Freeze team core, Makiatto is an excellent choice. Even without a dedicated Freeze team, her high DPS makes her a solid secondary DPS option.

Reasons to Skip Makiatto:

If you've already secured Qiongjiu, Suomi, and Tololo through rerolling, Makiatto might offer diminishing returns. While Tololo's late-game DPS might be lower, potential future buffs in the global version could change her ranking. With Qiongjiu and Tololo (and Sharkry supporting Qiongjiu), your DPS needs might be adequately covered. Saving your resources for future units like Vector and Klukay could be a more strategic move. Essentially, if your core team is already exceptionally strong, Makiatto's addition might not significantly improve your progress. You'd only need her if you require another powerful DPS for a second team, perhaps for boss battles.

Ultimately, the decision depends on your current roster strength and team composition. If you lack a strong single-target DPS or seek to build a Freeze team, Makiatto is a worthwhile investment. However, if your roster already boasts top-tier DPS units, consider saving your resources for other characters. Check The Escapist for more Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium guides and strategies.
