The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup (MSC) is set to return to Riyadh for the 2025 Esports World Cup, promising another thrilling round of international competition with a staggering prize pool of $3 million. As a testament to the growing commitment of the EWC to mobile esports, the MSC is also slated to feature in the 2026 edition of the tournament.
The action kicks off with the Wildcard stage from July 10th to 13th during the EWC Festival, offering teams one last shot at qualifying for the main event. Following this, the official MSC tournament will take place from July 23rd to August 2nd, showcasing 16 of the world's top MLBB teams.
This year's tournament format remains effective, featuring a group stage with two double-elimination brackets, each comprising eight teams. This will be followed by a single-elimination playoff for the top eight teams. In addition to the multi-million dollar prize pool, the tournament MVP will receive a $10,000 bonus, adding an extra layer of excitement to the competition.
Qualifiers are already heating up across the globe. Teams from leading regions such as MPL Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and LATAM are battling for their slots, while champions from regions like Cambodia, Türkiye, and Myanmar are either securing or nearing qualification.
The North America Challenger Tournament has concluded, with BloodThirstyKings earning their place in the competition. The MSC x EWC China Qualifier and the MSC Wildcard in July will finalize the tournament's lineup.
