The program is designed to span five weeks, totaling 45 days, and features themed workouts inspired by different chapters in the Assassin's Creed saga:
- The first week focuses on Assassin training, drawing inspiration from the original game featuring Altair.
- The second week dives into the world of pirates, referencing Black Flag.
- The third week channels the spirit of ancient Spartans, as seen in Odyssey.
- The fourth week embraces the Viking lifestyle, aligning with Valhalla.
- The fifth and final week highlights samurai and ninja, tying into the upcoming Shadows title.
