The Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is set to enhance its universe with the introduction of Ultra Beasts through the upcoming Extradimensional Crisis booster pack. This new addition promises to delve into the more enigmatic aspects of the Pokémon world, bringing a thrilling update to the game on May 29th.
What's in Store in the Extradimensional Crisis Pack of Pokémon TCG Pocket?
The Extradimensional Crisis pack introduces exciting cards featuring Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex. These Ultra Beasts, originally encountered in the Pokémon Sun and Moon games, are known for their alien origins and unique energy, having arrived through mysterious Ultra Wormholes. This pack encapsulates their otherworldly essence, making it a must-have for enthusiasts eager to explore the stranger side of Pokémon.
To complement the pack, a new Ultra Beast-themed binder cover will be available in the Shop starting May 29th, purchasable with shop tickets. Additionally, a floral display board will be introduced, obtainable with event shop tickets earned from the upcoming Wonder Pick event.

The Game Has Also Lined Up a Trio of Events Through June
A series of events is scheduled to roll out through June, adding even more excitement to the game:
- Ultra Beast Drop Event (June 4th to June 14th): Engage in solo battles to earn promo cards, including a new Ultra Necrozma ex.
- Wonder Pick Event (June 12th to June 22nd): Complete missions to collect cards like Poipole and Stufful, and earn tickets for the floral board.
- Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak Event (June 23rd to June 29th): During this event, cards related to Ultra Beasts will appear more frequently in rare and bonus picks.
