Mastering VALHALLA SURVIVAL's Combat
VALHALLA SURVIVAL offers a unique take on the survival RPG genre. Gameplay is entirely roguelike, focusing on character movement control. You can equip weapons and level up characters outside of the game itself. Simply select your character and weapon, click "play," and embark on challenging story stages of increasing difficulty. Early stages feature weaker enemies, but don't underestimate the importance of dodging—boss encounters will test your reflexes.
Movement is achieved by clicking anywhere on the screen; there's no traditional movement wheel. While visually stunning, skill animations can sometimes take a moment to render. Collect blue crystals (EXP) to level up your character and green crystals (HP) to replenish health. In-game microtransactions allow purchasing these crystals after completing campaign stages 1-4.
Each character boasts unique traits that synergize with their abilities. You can freely level up and switch between any owned character, regardless of class, eliminating the need to stick to a single playstyle. Leveling boosts attack, defense, movement speed, and ability effectiveness.
