What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking Randomazzo activates the Arcana system, starting with Sarabande of Healing. You choose your Arcana cards before each match on the stage selection screen. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must be unlocked first.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands your character's area over 10 seconds from -25% to +25%, gaining +1% area per level. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles detonate on impact, creating explosive light sources. Explosions occur when the character takes damage. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Provides +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlock Condition: Reach minute 31 in Dairy Plant.

Blood Astronomia: Weapons inflict additional damage in zones affected by Amount and Magnet. Enemies within Magnet range take damage based on Amount. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Poe.
