While the main storyline in Rinascita unfolds across the region, hidden gems await in exploration quests. "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" is one such quest, challenging players to quell a raging storm in Rinascita's northeastern corner.
This optional quest is highly recommended, especially considering a Nightmare Echo is trapped within Fagaceae Peninsula's stormy ruins. Prepare for a substantial challenge; equip your strongest Resonators and get ready for a long journey.
Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms Walkthrough
This exploration quest is combat-heavy. Begin at the ruined base south of Shores of Last Breath, activating the broken Lumiscale Construct. The quest objectives are:
- Energize three steles at designated locations.
- Return and defeat the Lumiscale Construct.
- Pursue the Lumiscale Construct.
- Defeat the Lumiscale Construct (again).
- Defeat the Dragon of Dirge.
Energizing the Steles
Stand on the glowing circle at each altar to charge the Discipline Steles. Enemies interrupt the charging process, so eliminate them swiftly. Moving too far from an altar causes its energy to deplete.
Utilize the 2.0 update's enhanced elemental damage and status effects to your advantage.
For the third stele set, quickly position them before enemy spawns. If you struggle to interact with the broken steles, adjust your character and camera angle until a prompt appears.
Chasing and Defeating the Lumiscale Construct
Use your team's strongest Resonators to attack the Lumiscale Construct. A cutscene triggers when its health is low, prompting you to follow it deeper into the ruins.
The environment becomes more hazardous during the chase. Beware of falling debris and lightning, and defeat all enemies. A final confrontation with the Lumiscale Construct awaits.
The Dragon of Dirge
This formidable foe can easily stunlock or one-shot characters. Avoid its breath and falling star attacks, aiming for stuns. The optimal strategy is to wait for its large attacks and then quickly stun it.
Victory over the dragon completes the quest, unlocking access to Shores of Last Breath, including Dream Patrols and Nightmare Tempest Mephis in the northern arena.
